I know how important it is to have a local dealership where you can have a personal relationship. A place where everyone is comfortable stopping by for some hot coffee and good conversation. We greet every customer with a "Smile, a Please and a Thank You". Mt. Baker Harley-Davidson, "The Biggest Little Dealership in the Pacific Northwest"
Rick Luce, General Manager - GM
I believe everyone should ride a motorcycle. I don’t care the make and model, although I am partial to Harleys. The biggest reason is, I don’t think that we have enough fun in our lives and I plan to change that one person at a time. My first bike was in 1976 and my first Harley was a 1998 FXSTC which was traded for a 2005 FLHR and now a 2009 FLHX that I have ridden 25,000 miles. I ride every day, rain or shine, and find it odd that my commute is an hour &10 door to door in the morning and most times 2 to 3 hours to commute home. So needless to say, I have a passion for riding and Harley-Davidson. Hope to see you at the dealership soon. Until then, “Have Great Fun.”
Marc Dyal, Service Manager I grew up in Olympia, and started my passion for motorcycles at the age of 15, on a Honda Trail 90. After serving in the Marine Corps as a 0317/0326, I moved back to the NW and worked in construction for a couple of years, I decided to follow my passion and attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix AZ, where I graduated from the Harley-Davidson, Honda and Suzuki programs. I was able to then move back to Olympia and worked at Northwest H-D for 7 years as a technician. I then took a job in Missoula, MT at Montana H-D, Buell, Ducati. While working there I achieved Master of Technology with Harley-Davidson, Level 2 Technician with Ducati and Buell Trained Mechanic. I served as Lead Technician and then was Service Manager for 3 years. I then accepted the opportunity to be a Special Test Mechanic at the Arizona Proving Grounds for Harley-Davidson. Now I am back in the great NW and have joined the great team here at Mt. Baker H-D.

I ride a 2010 Screaming Eagle Street Glide. My last two bikes were also over 107 inches. I have had many bikes over the years, not all of them were Harley's, but I've been a life long motorcycle enthusiast with a love for riding and helping people discover Harley-Davidson. I am a qualified Chrome Consultant through Harley Davidson University and have years of experience in Parts and Sales Departments. I am a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief. Looking forward to meeting you! Greg has a motto for the HOG group, "Get together, Go for a ride, Get something to eat", so come with us any time. Rick

My number one hobby is riding motorcycles and my Harley-Davidson is my favorite. I got into Motorcycle sales because I love to talk to anyone and everyone about Harley's...and because my friends and family pushed me to so they wouldn't have to hear about them over and over again. I love learning new things and sharing it with others. I would like hear what you know about Harley-Davidson and where your motorcycle journey has taken you. I m happiest when I am helping someone find the Harley of their dreams. I would love to help you find yours. My guaranty is that working together I can land someone on the right bike, 100%. Don't let Greg know but I enjoy it so much that I would probably do it for free.

Started riding at 11 years old on my YZ80, went to work in 2001 at a custom bike shop, graduated MMI in 2004, and worked at dealerships in Pennsylvania and Texas. You’ll find me scootin’ on a 2002 Lo Rider Custom, my wife just got rid of her 79’ Ironhead but we’ll get her something soon! Originally from St. Louis but happy to be here in the Northwest and look forward to meeting you all.
Dustin Croucher, Parts Department
I first began my Harley career in 2002 with Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis. Since then I have built a very diverse knowledge base as a Service Technician and Parts Associate. I currently ride a full custom built Shovelhead. Just recently I moved to the Pacific Northwest and I love it. Thus far everyone has been welcoming and I look forward to returning the favor through our dealership.

When I was 29, I started riding a Suzuki 650 for a couple years, then changed to a real bike, which is a 1992 Softail Custom for the last eight years. She's my 'ol girl and has taken me through a lot of wonderful experiences with more to come. I am basically a Washington lifetime resident, did experience several years enjoying the sunshine in California. I work in the motorclothes department and my goal here is to be part of a great crew and bring a positive, happy atmosphere for our customers to enjoy the Mt. Baker Harley-Davidson Experience.
Nick "Just in the Nick of Time" Nunamaker,Parts Department I have grown up in a family of Harley enthusiasts and the lifestyle always suited me. I believe the feel of riding a Harley Davidson is unmatched compared to anything else. I have been working as a parts specialist for different Harley dealerships since 2007 and will stay in the Harley family as long as they'll have me. I am here to not only serve customers the service they deserve, but to welcome them to our Mt. Baker Harley-Davidson family as our friend as well.

I swung my leg over my first motorcycle at ten and have never stopped. As part of the Mt Baker Harley-Davidson service team, it is my goal to make sure your ride continues on. I currently ride a customized 1998 FLSTF Fat Boy.
I have enjoyed riding, fishing, and living in the Sierras of Northern California, the Rockies of Montana, and now the Cascades of Washington. Matt has three levels towards his Master Tech Certification...and corresponding patches and rockers. CONGRATULATIONS MATT...huge accomplishment! Come meet Mat and experience the excellent service and Harley-Davidson lifestyle with the staff of Mt. Baker H-D. See you on the road!
Lisa Marx, Motorclothes
Some of you may remember me from my decade of service with Bellingham Harley. I have 25 years of retail and customer service experience but nothing compares to my 10 years with my Harley peeps. I don't have customers I have good friends that I truly enjoy seeing every time they step through our doors. I look forward to my next visit from you…my Mt. Baker Harley-Davidson Family!
